Canine Costume Parade

Dog owners can dress their dogs in comfortable costumes and join a short waterfront parade. A judge will award prizes for first, second, and third place. Homemade scarecrows will be displayed along the Scarecrow Walk, with a community vote for “BEST IN CROW”; the winner must be present to win. Free to enter and attend. Dogs must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations to participate.
